- Returns: within 14 calendar days following delivery.
- Refund: approved returns receive Store Credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
- Condition: the product must be unused, unopened when applicable, and returned in its original packaging.
- Final Sale: items discounted 30% or more, Clearance, or marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. You may use your Store Credit for a new purchase, subject to availability.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer, except when Mesogold confirms that a defective or incorrect product was received.
- Defects or errors: must be reported within 3 calendar days after delivery, with photographs.
- Important: every return requires prior authorization from Mesogold before it is shipped.
